Regular Residential
Electricity is available under this schedule for all residential purposes in an individual residence or an individual apartment. Electricity is also available for farm use.
Customer Charge: $6.60 per month
Residential / Commercial Farm
Electricity is available under this schedule for all general service purposes to any single-phase customer with less than 10 kW of demand.
Customer Charge: $9.46 per month
Commercial
Electricity is available under this schedule for all purposes to any customer with greater than 10 kW of demand or for any three-phase customer.
Customer Charge: $10.81 per month
Municipal Lighting
Service is available under this schedule for all municipal street lighting, security lighting, and traffic signal lighting systems within the service territory of CMELD.
Fixed amount.
Temporary Service
Electricity is available under this schedule for temporary service to contractors during construction or renovation to property within the service territory of CMELD.
Customer Charge: $150.00
Shutoff for Non-Payment
Non-payment of Electric Bill will result in your electric service being shut-off. Reconnection will be done ONLY after payment of the full amount due plus a reconnect fee.
Fees
Service Reconnection Fee:
If requested during business hours: $25/per request
If requested after business hours: $400/per request
Manual Analog Meter Read: $25/month
Return Check Fee: $30
Customer Deposit Policy
Average of 3 highest months in most recent two year history – not less than a minimum of $400.00
